REACH FOR THE TOP
Today's question: How many times have the Montreal Canadiens won the Presidents' Trophy as the top regular season team? During Senior lunch today, Secondary 3, 4 and 5 students are invited to room 152, to join in this week's Reach for the Top game. Newcomers welcome please email Mr. Parr for more details. (The answer: zero. They've won two Stanley Cups since the trophy was created in 1986, but never the Presidents' Trophy.)

MIDGET SOCCER 4.2
Congratulations, once again, to our undefeated Warriors! We were victorious yesterday in a late afternoon exhibition game vs Selwyn House. Kudos to the our impenetrable defense, a key penalty shot stop by Luca F., our overall team leadership and cohesion, and to midfielder Marco B., who scored the game's only goal.

JUVENILE SOCCER
The Warriors took on Royal West last week in a rematch of the opening game of the season. Jeremy D., who is normally a defender, played outside mid and scored his first of the season within the opening few minutes. Zachary M. then added a second goal giving the Warriors a 2 0 lead at the half. However, Royal West kept pressing, and eventually made it a one goal game. In the end, it was a beautiful pass from Daniele M. and the clinical finish of striker Jacob Davy, that sealed the win for the Warriors. This victory was a total team effort. Well done Warriors!
